TripleFive Residential ("TripleFive," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by NYREF Equity I Management, LLC, provides tenant front-desk and property-management services in the New York City and Tri-State area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email, building/unit, and the content of your request — when you call us, text us, submit a form, or are referred to us by your property management company.
Service records — maintenance and repair requests, appointments, and the messages exchanged with our front desk.
Website usage — standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser) and advertising attribution parameters, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

To answer your calls and messages, schedule and follow up on repairs, and keep buildings compliant.
To send you service and account messages, including by SMS/text where you have opted in (see below).
To respond to inquiries from property owners and managers about our services.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, we send service and account text messages — such as maintenance and appointment updates and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. For full details, see our Messaging Terms.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services — for example, with the property owner or management company responsible for your building, and with service providers (such as our messaging and hosting vendors) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data are excluded from any sharing with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
