TripleFive Residential provides a 24/7 tenant front-desk, property-management, construction, and related services in the New York City and Tri-State area. Service availability, scope, and pricing are described on our website and in any separate agreement between us and a property owner or manager.
If you opt in, we send service and account text messages (maintenance and appointment updates, building notices, and replies to your questions). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your opt-in and these messaging terms are described in full on our Messaging Terms page, and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
